What She Insists On
Is this a saintly thing to do?
Perhaps I'll restate my assumptions;
though only through language
communion exists, what language
is thought, language is thought.
Entertainment and distraction
are homonyms for the same
word, as yet unpronounced.
Otherwise, I'm merely communicating,
mut(il)ating with regard to or
jacking off to the sound of puppies.
Your (here stray eclecticism) breath
rhythm, Keats, didn't define beauty.
Now is the only thing that's real.
