- Please do not use this form to submit your work to 42opus for publication consideration; doing so will send your email to the wrong editorial box, where it may be lost or wrongfully deleted. Read our submissions guidelines and follow the instructions given for submitting work.
- If you are contacting us to withdraw work accepted elsewhere, thank you for letting us know – but this form isn't the best method of doing so: if you submitted your work to us through the online submissions form, you can withdraw work, even individual poems, by logging in to the submissions manager.
- We welcome queries about submissions. We usually require between two weeks and three months to read and respond to a submission. If you previously submitted work and have not heard from us, we only ask that you wait five months before writing to us. If those five months have passed, please do contact us through the form below.
- If you are writing to us to request a link exchange for your website, we should say a few things:

- We are starting a sister site, called Storehouse, which will provide a more useful service linking our readers and writers to literary magazines, contests, blogs, et cetera, than a traditional links page. We would love to include your site; please go to Storehouse and sign up to receive an email when we begin adding sites to the database. Then…
- Consider linking to 42opus and/or Storehouse. Although we do not require links to either Storehouse or 42opus for a Storehouse listing, we do appreciate them.
- Did you find an error on 42opus.com—a typo, a broken link, something else? We need to know; don't be shy. We won't be angry, and you won't see us blush, so please fill in the form below and let us know what you know.
- Remember that 42opus is run by volunteers; no one's making money. You haven't paid us for a service. We're not an evil multi-national telecom, etc. We're just saying: please be polite.
