Who says flame dives
into burn. Utterly, as when key words dissolve
in love's database—hickory's flares,
nonetheless
of pines. Yondering pine. So October
is a server
going down. Ordinary gaze,
ordinary orbit. Blanks. A sky of many. Dew.
